Eating Disorder Treatment Programs & Services, New York City

Adolescent After-School Program

Columbus Park Collaborative’s Adolescent Program is a concentrated therapeutic experience, providing a structured treatment program for up to four days a week, for between one and three hours each day. All groups and meals are scheduled for after school hours. Programming is flexible, allowing for participation in just one evening or all four evenings when appropriate. This treatment service is dedicated to helping our patients work toward weight, behavior and mood stabilization. Participants benefit from intensive group therapy and meal support while maintaining their academic and social responsibilities and interests. Our Adolescent Program is ideal for patients engaged in individual therapy and/or nutrition counseling and require additional support and structure in order to achieve their treatment goals. This service is also useful for teens who have completed inpatient or residential treatment, as they may gradually reintegrate into life at home while reinforcing and augmenting strides made previously.
